Yes, we do, with the following terms and conditions:
- Fine Color Jewels will charge for overseas shipping.
- Customers are liable to pay the local import duties/taxes, as applicable in their country of import.
- All returns/exchanges from International destinations are to be shipped by customers at their cost with full value insurance of all items being returned. Any import duty required to be paid by Fine Color Jewels for such returns will be deducted from the refund to be processed for the customer.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange it within 30 days of the shipping date. Returns must be in the original condition in the original packaging that you received them.

All deliveries are operating on schedule. However, there may be delays caused as a result of local regulations imposed due to COVID-19. We’re also taking additional precautions such as frequent hand washing, cleaning of equipment, and use of sanitizer before and after each delivery to ensure the safety of our customers and team members.

All our products go through a thorough inspection at all stages of manufacturing. All products will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please send it to us for evaluation. If we determine your piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Fine Color Jewels will issue a full refund. If the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we can offer to repair or replace the item at a charge.
